I bring a deep, well-rounded background in building operations, construction oversight, and tenant relations. My career includes serving as the Director of Construction Management for a nationwide real estate firm, where I oversaw capital projects and day-to-day operations for more than 100 retail shopping centers across the country. This role required coordinating large-scale improvements, managing contractors and engineers, resolving complex building issues, and ensuring long-term performance and reliability across a national portfolio.

Before moving into construction leadership, I worked directly as a Property Manager overseeing mixed-use assets and high-end residential communities. My experience includes managing luxury multifamily apartments, home-style residential properties, and commercial retail spaces, giving me a strong understanding of the needs of both residential and commercial tenants. From daily tenant interactions and maintenance coordination to vendor oversight and building workflows, I’ve managed every part of keeping properties running smoothly.

This blend of construction management experience and hands-on property management allows me to understand buildings from every angle—operational, structural, and tenant-focused. It’s the foundation of the service-driven, detail-oriented approach behind WBS Building Management.
